1. 2. For our Larger items, we have a specific shipping restriction policy when the item is being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, APO & FPO and US Territories. For those larger items need to be sent to these locations, we advise our customers to contact our customer service first for a quote on the additional shipping charges involved before placing an order.

This item will be shipped by freight (FedEx Carriers or other similar freight company), the freight company driver can not enter your house/facility, they will only delivery outside your house/facility, if you live in high-rise building or apartment, they will only delivery to the building, not to your house, we need your working phone number to ship out to you, and freight shipment is in general 3 to 7 business days longer than small package shipment.
4. Please examine your package's packing for any obvious damage before signing and receiving the delivery.

6. Freight shipment is very expense, if you simply refused the shipment, or if they can not get hold of you, they will send the item back to us, they will charge us the return shipping fee, if that happens, we will refund you minus the $300 shipping fee for both ways.

If available, white glove delivery can be added, for an additional cost, before adding the product to your cart.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we received your order and have begun processing your order.

After your product is finished and leaves the warehouse, our shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@gameroomsplus.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@gameroomsplus.com.
